With the attractive Dutch architectural lines and Santa Fe-style stucco exterior, wood trimmed interior, 10’ ceilings and custom made furniture, you’ll hardly believe you’re in a tiny house. One master bedroom with a king-size bed, a queen size sleeper sofa and a comfortable floor mattress allows up to six guests to sleep here. Full-size bathtub and luxurious walk-in shower, along with a kitchenette, dining room and more make this your perfect “home away from home.”

This new custom-built home was designed with you, our guests, in mind. Incredibly comfortable Tuft & Needle™ king-size mattress in the bedroom will help you fall asleep fast. The freestanding tub beckons for a long soak after a day of travel. Cooking utensils and a kitchenette with a table that seats 6 is yours to use when you’re hungry. And the setting in the country, around a beautiful pecan grove makes for a peaceful, country evening just barely outside the city.

We live nearby and are available if you need us but we will send you a door lock code the morning of check-in and you can let yourself in anytime after 4:00 pm.

Only 15 minutes from Magnolia Market and Baylor. Walking distance from shopping at the Homestead Craft Village and Waco`s number 1 rated restaurant, Cafe Homestead.

You can park right next to the tiny house. Uber is available in the area as well.

Host was super responsive. Property was super cute. Quiet. Loved the hot tub. Would have enjoyed a TV in the bedrooom to cuddle up and watch movies. Hot tub was perfect with the chilly weather we had. Would book this room again and maybe an extra TV with us lol. Grill also will need replacing soon as the bottom is falling out.

Weekend getaway

My wife and I had a great extended weekend stay at the Little Dutch Cabin. The great experience started before we arrived with the communication from the owners and lasted through the entire visit. Whenever we come back to the Waco area, this will be our place to stay.

This little house is absolutely perfect for a meaningful getaway. Not only are the hosts so accommodating and communicative, but all of the little touches, decor, and the overall comfort and beauty of the home make it a place you’ll want to visit time and again. Most beautiful VRBO I’ve ever stayed at.

The place was super cool. Plenty big. Not to far from the Silos. The place is quite out in the country. Felt much safer than staying someplace in Waco downtown. My only suggestion would be adding a communal washer and dryer area.

If you're looking for something fun and different from your standard in town hotel, this is a great option. Room was nice, clean and well appointed. Check-in/out process couldn't have been easier. The bed was very, very comfortable. My wife and I would definitely stay here again!

Disappointed- terrible sleeping arrangements Inaccurate description!

My family and I were in town for the Baylor game! My parents (age 60’s) my husband and I and our 2 teen girls. The description said sleeps 6... and it actually sleeps 2! 1 nice king size bed. The other two sleeping arrangements were a terribly uncomfortable pull out couch and an air mattress! The couch bed had springs poking through the mattress. My 2 teen girls had to stuff pillows under the sheets to try to avoid the spring metal in their backs all night. The air mattress lost air throughout the night and didn’t come with sheets or blankets. When we called to request more sheets, they only brought a fitted sheet and top sheet, no pillow cases. Not okay! The cabin overall was clean and nice but we lost sleep for 2 nights.

Our first Vrbo experience was fantastic!

We came to drop off our daughter at BU. We were impressed by the quality and accommodations for this Dutch Cabin. It has all the amenities we needed. Having the market and coffee house nearby was also a treat. We would highly recommend this place.
