Mechanical failures happen every now and then and are rare. Unfortunately, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen mechanical failures such as electricity, phone service, water, tubs, air conditioning, TV, wifi, appliances, pool, spa, etc. We do have technicians on call and will do our best to get any mechanical failures repaired as soon as possible

Perfect Space for a quick stop

Curious about these container homes and tiny homes so wanted to give this one a try - it was cute and had everything I needed for a one night stopover in Waco. Amenities were great too. Wish it hadn't rained -would've enjoyed sitting up on the roof. Felt a little vulnerable since I don't think many others were rented. Would be nice if park had security or a gate. Would stay again if I'm passing through.
