Perfect location

Nice comfortable place to stay. Close by to many attractions and BU made it even better. The front desk personnel was very nice and accommodating !

Pros: The hotel stay was wonderful, and it was very quiet. The balcony view was excellent, and even though the hotel is right next to IH-10, we were not bothered by the road noise. We could not even hear it. Cons: The balcony door did not have a lock.

The staff were wonderful and very friendly. They gave great recommendations for things to do in the area and answered all our questions. We stayed in a double queen suite and there were a couple odd things but nothing that affected our stay much. The first is there is no real overhead light in the room so at night we had to turn on a bunch of lamps all over and the bathroom lights to be able to see. The second is the TV is not centered between the beds and only turned a tiny bit so only the first bed could really see it well. Other than that, the food every morning was wonderful and the beds were very comfortable. We would book it again the next time we stay!!

Very expensive for what you get. Staff is not friendly, talked with slangs words No professionalism. Did not mention breakfast hours, pool hours, where the elevator was. Did not provide WiFi information. Staff out side Dancing in the park lot making TikTok videos. Ants in the room. Paid almost 200 bucks for one night bathrooms are small. Breakfast was low quality. Had better breakfast at station 8. Over all very poor quality for such a high brand name. Sketchy neighborhood

Exactly what we expected. The suites are large enough and clean. Location is good. Value for the money. Breakfast was disappointing though. For the cost of the stay, i expected more and there was no salsa for the eggs in packets. It’s post covid times and no one should be using shared bottles doe condiments in public like this.
