The continental breakfast that they offer is seemingly unavailable at this time. We were told when we went down at 7:15 AM that they are in a transition. All they had available was two types of cereal and coffee. I think there was bread to go in the toaster, but they were out by the time we got there and we did not see any milk for the cereal. There is a vending machine for pay.

When you walk in at first the smell of Marijuana is strong. The lady behind the desk held a conversation with her bff on her cell the entire time i was checking in. The room didnt have any type of seating except for the bed. When i went to check out the only person i could find was a cleaning lady to turn my key card into andcould not get a receipt for my stay. The parking lot was not large enough to account for all the guest.

Roaches on the Bed

Our stay at this hotel was horrible. The lobby smells like marijuana. The room had some strange oder that lingered for entire weekend. Within 30 mins of checking in, a roach crawled across our bed. When I asked the Asst Manager to some sort of resolution, she had to contact the owner who never answered. When asking for extra towels during the night clerk shift, we were told they don’t have any available because housekeeping has them all. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and ask that some one from management contact me

Elevator didn’t work so we had to use the stairs. Vending machine took our money and when we asked the front desk about it he told us to just “shake it a little”. Never got our snack and he didn’t offer any help.

This property is in terrible condition. Doors that have clearly been forced opened and repaired. Doors delaminating with exposed screws. Lukewarm water. Breakfast very bare minimum and mediocre at best. Elevator jerky and feels dangerous. Avoid.

Location to Baylor is the only upside. Room and hallway reeked of marajuana, cigarettes, and bleach. Room had holes on walls and ceiling. Bedding was COVERED in hair. There might as well have been no walls because the sound of 35 feels like there are driving right into the room.

No wifi - this is 2025, right? The room smells weed. The bedsheets seem old. In the bathroom, you can see all the hair stuck on to the bathtub. The complementary toothpaste is something to keep in the museum.

There were two of us but only one desk chair. No clock or coffee pot in room. Breakfast waffles and coffee were great but no juice or napkins. Overall I will not stay again.
