Relax and enjoy the peaceful countryside at Treglyn, perfect for couples and families, away from all the hustle and bustle but within minutes of all that the coast has to offer with Rock, Polzeath and Daymer Bay just minutes away and only a short drive from beautiful Port Issac.

You will find a welcoming yet contemporary feel to Pebble Cottage. The Treglyn area is a quiet, child friendly environment with plenty of space for them to rub around and well away from any main roads but has easy access to popular routes around Cornwall and is close to the beaches at Rock, Daymer and Polzeath. It is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy your holiday.
Pebble Cottage is equipped with high speed fibre broadband and sleeps 4 people comfortably.

Downstairs has a well furnished kitchen/lounge/dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with all that you require for a comfortable and stress free holiday. The dining area will comfortably seat four people and has patio doors which open to the patio area and private back garden (not enclosed) which is an ideal sun trap in the evenings to sit and watch the sun go down. The lounge area has three, two-seater sofas, double sliding patio doors to the front overlook the green and to the open countryside beyond. Upstairs to the front is a double bedroom with a kingsize bed and gets the sun in the morning. To the rear is a twin bedroom with two single beds with blackout blind, and a lovely bathroom with a roll top bath and a separate shower.

Outside, to the front of the property is a large communal garden area which is great to let the kids run around and play, venture further afield through the woodland for walks across the countryside.
At the rear of Pebble Cottage is a private open garden and rural views with small sun trap patio area. Parking is also to the rear of the property.

Well behaved dogs with responsible owners are welcome (maximum of 2) . Dogs are required to be kept on leads for the benefit of other guests in the area who may not be so fond of our four legged friends. There is plenty of space for walking dogs and the great all year dog friendly beaches at Daymer Bay & Rock offer beautiful spaces for your dog to run and have fun all year round. Polzeath Beach also allows dogs but please check seasonal restrictions.

There is no facility for electric car charging but this can be found in the local area.
