Ideally situated on the road between the famous Cornish sailing destination Rock and the popular family and surfing beach at Polzeath, is Lowen Lodge, a gorgeous property for two. Aside from being just a very short drive to Polzeath and Rock, thanks to the superbly convenient location Lowen Lodge occupies, other popular places to visit equally easy to reach include the famous fishing village of Port Isaac next to neighbouring hamlets of Port Gaverne and Port Quinn. These wonderful places offer up a wealth of coastal walks and are perfect for the four legged member of the family too. Tintagel and Boscastle are within half hours drive and taking the passenger ferry from Rock across to the world famous harbour town of Padstow, is a breeze and a definite must do! A selection of independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants are dotted around the Rock, Polzeath and St Minver areas with the bustling town of Wadebridge just 5 miles away.  Wadebridge offers all of the above plus a terrific leisure centre, two screen cinema and access of course to the well-loved Camel bicycle trail. Once you have parked up, a sliding patio door leads you into this perfectly presented, ground floor, modern property. The open plan living, dining and kitchen is spacious and comfortable. A wood burner further adds to the comfort levels making this property the perfect choice for a romantic winter escape.  Comfy easy seating set around the wood burner and television combined with a smart dining table with chairs completed the open plan living space. The well-equipped kitchen includes electric oven, gas hob, fridge with a freezer compartment, slimline dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and separate tumble dryer. The spacious bedroom with super king size bed which can be made as a twin bed arrangement also, is lovely. The owners have considered everything and provide lovely extra touches such as a fan for those warmer Cornish evenings, long and short mirrors, hairdryer and even a luggage rack! Off the bedroom is a super-size bathroom WC with bath (and handheld shower attachment), a large, separate shower cubicle, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. This property is efficiently heated by electric radiators throughout. Private parking for 1 car provided The enclosed garden is laid mainly to lawn with a good size decked area in front of the property. Sun loungers and table and chairs are provided.   Please note- - This property welcomes 2 small or medium dogs or 1 large - Cot and highchair not available

wunderschönes kleines Häuschen mit sehr freundlichen Eigentümern

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Häuschen bietet alles was man braucht. Besonders gelungen ist das Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Alles sehr sauber. Küche und Wohnzimmer bieten alles was man braucht. Das Bett ist wunderbar bequem. Da Garten und Terrasse eingezäunt waren, konnten wir unseren Hund frei laufen lassen. Einzig die Nähe zur Straße war etwas anstrengend.
