Patio doors lead from the sitting area to the patio and lawned garden beyond. The well-equipped kitchen features an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, and dishwasher, while the utility room, equipped with a microwave and washer/dryer, offers access to the patio. Completing the ground floor is a family shower room, featuring a shower cubicle, wash basin, and WC.

Ascending to the first floor, you'll find four well-appointed bedrooms, each generously equipped with ample wardrobe space. Bedroom four features a single bed and pull-out trundle bed, while bedroom three offers twin single beds. The second bedroom boasts a king-size bed and the family bathroom provides a relaxing bath and overhead shower. Bedroom one impresses with its spacious layout, adorned with a comfortable king-size bed and complemented by an en-suite bathroom featuring a bath, overhead shower, wash basin, and WC.
