On the ground floor you will also find an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting spaces as well as an enclosed garden to the rear. Private garage for one small car, further safe parking available in the church car park a 2-minute walk away - parking permit provided. Enclosed back garden with astro turf and garden furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.1 miles, pub 0.1 miles. A lovely property in a great location, Sunflower Cottage is ideal for a family getaway

There are a number of top quality beaches within 5 miles and the South West Coast Path winds its way through some of Cornwall’s best coastal scenery. Padstow with its famous restaurants, tranquil harbour and interesting shops should not be missed, and the Camel Trail is a great choice for walking or cycling from Padstow to Bodmin. Take the ferry across the Camel estuary to Rock, go surfing at nearby Polzeath, visit up-and-coming Wadebridge, or enjoy the fabulous Eden Project (20 miles) - the perfect base for a perfect holiday.
