Stunning home with sea views

'Spy The Sea' sits above Polzeath, in a cul-de-sac, away from the crowds but only 250m walk down a private road to the beach and local amenities.
The whole property has just been completely renovated to a very high standard and now offers highly comfortable accommodation with outstanding views of the beach from the main living room and front terrace. To rear of the property there is a gravelled terrace and a small lawn as well as a large raised deck with gorgeous views over open rolling countryside.
Internally the house has a kitchen diner, a large living room, 4 double bedrooms, 2 of which are ensuite and a further family bathroom.
There is also a hot external 'surf shower' at the rear of the property to help keep the sand on the outside!!
In addition, there is a large Summer Shack on the decking at the rear of the garden which houses 2 large sofabeds, a further wc and basin. This can be used as an additional sleeping space or simply as an extra living area.
Parking for 3 -4 cars on the driveway as well as on street parking.
