The living areas in this three-storey home consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor super-king-size and en-suite, a further super-king-size with Smart TV , a twin (zip/link, can be super-king-size on request) and a bunk room, serviced by a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside there is a front lawn, an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and designated parking for two cars, one in front of the other. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair and two travel cots. You'll find a shop in 0.2 miles and a pub in 2.9 miles. The Bright House offers a contemporary base for a large group break to Cornwall. Please note: This property cannot accept any Stag/Hen or similar parties.
