Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Due to unexpected hospitalization of my wife, we unfortunately had to cancel our stay within one week before the start of our holiday. Whereas we acknowledge cancellation rules we agreed upon, it would have been decent to repay at least part of the costs, knowing that the host managed to find new guests within a few days. So actually, they make double money. Business wise perhaps OK, from a human perspective very doubtful behavior.
