Hawaiian Princess 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath end unit penthouse. There is no better ocean/beach view on the westside of the island than from the lanai of this 16th floor condo. This condo sits right on the beach. 850 square feet inside the condo, and 400 square feet of lanai space, for a total of 1,250 sq feet.
Watch turtles, dolphins and in the winter, whales from your private lanai. Open up the windows and let the tropical breeze and the sounds of the ocean lull you to sleep on our super comfy gel foam bed. Prepare meals in our kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, and enjoy watching sunsets while dining on the lanai. If you are looking for somewhere that you will want to return to year after year, this is it.

NOTE: This part of the island is a mixture of socio-economic backgrounds. We have multimillion dollar homes mixed with lower income housing and unfortunately, some homeless camps. There are camps on the west side because of the great weather, but there are homeless all over the island, especially in the big city. The average price of a home is well over a million dollars here. That prices a lot of people out of paradise. We are a gated and secure building. Most people leave their lanai doors open 24/7 to let the breeze come in and to hear the sights and sounds of the ocean. Just as an FYI, we live in the area, and we have never had an incident related to the homeless, except maybe someone holding a sign looking for a meal or a couple of dollars.

The condo was exactly as described. The views from the balcony were unbelievable. We could see turtles swimming close to shore from the balcony and whale spouts further out in the ocean. We were visited by a seal one morning. It had even more amenities than were listed. We had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves in the condo and on the beach. The condo was amazing! The view from the lanai couldn't be beat. Gorgeous view of the small bay, we saw sea turtles swimming every single day we were there. It was well-stocked with the basic necessities which made it very easy for us to just bring some food for our stay. All the instructions were very clear (and all the light switches were labeled! Nicely renovated condo on the top floor (corner unit) of the Hawaiian Princess Resort. The building is on a beautiful beach on the west side of Kauai. There is security around the parking lot and inside the building. Close proximity to many beaches on the west side.

Incredible way to spend the holidays

We had an incredible time during our stay here for Christmas season and our 10 Year Anniversary. There is no better place as beautiful as this location to experience sunrises, sunsets and star light skies. Turtle and Whale watching from your perch on the lanai as well. The Condo was had everything you could need to sit back and relax and enjoy the Aloha Spirit! New Year’s Eve fireworks display was an extra bonus for us as well.
