Ample seating in the cosy living area is all set up to stretch out with a good book, enjoy casual conversation with your family and friends, or use the complimentary WIFI to log in to your favourite viewing app and settle in for a movie night.

Create that all-important indoor-outdoor flow by opening up the sliding doors on to the sundeck. Lounge on the deck chairs and bean bags, or enjoy tucking into your BBQ feast at the picnic table. Inside you’ve got a well-equipped kitchen on hand to whip up a few sides to go with whatever is on the grill!

If you’re seeking a bit of shade, you’ll find an outdoor couch at the front of the house; an ideal spot to sit with a cold drink while you umpire the family game of yard cricket. Or perhaps you’ll embrace holiday mode and let the sound of the ocean lull you into an afternoon siesta.

Comfortably sleeping up to seven guests, this property features two bedrooms inside the house, as well as a sleepout, fitted with a queen bed. Connects to the house via the sundeck. A large family bathroom with separate toilet provides the conveniences for your stay.

Wake up in the morning and enjoy a fresh Nespresso coffee (make sure to pack your favourite pods) as you plan your day. Will you take the 30-second walk across the road for your daily dose of vitamin sea and then pop home for lunch, or will opt for a day of true indulgence and relaxation and visit the hot pools just a 5-minute drive away.

The local dairy is also only a two-minute walk away to top up on the essentials, or perhaps for an ice-cream on a hot day. And if you need to grab a little bit more, the Waihi Beach Four Square is just a four-minute drive away. There are life-jackets available to use with the kayaks but we do recommend that guests bring their own well-fitting life-jackets to ensure safety.
