Perched over the green fairways of the Kings golf course, this well-located condo is within walking distance of the Kings' Shop and only a short distance from A-Bay, sandy beaches, snorkeling and Lava Lava Beach Club.

Relax on the lanai and enjoy views of the golf course and mountains, or enjoy the nearby amenity center, which includes a gym, hot tub and pool. I22 has an open living room and kitchen that connects with a glass slider to the lanai. The master bedroom has a king bed, mountain and fairway views, an en-suite bathroom and a television. The guest bedroom has two twins beds (that can be converted to a King upon request) and television. The condo includes a covered parking stall.

Amenities include wireless internet access at no additional charge, central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent provided, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and covered lanai.

Built in 2003, the Fairway Villas are contemporary Hawaiian Plantation town homes located across the lake from the King's Shops.
