Yes room spotless. Heat needed to be turned up and it was in a building just across from the main lobby. Nice game room with coffee hot cocoa and toast with jam available and also some snacks for purchase. No ice in freezer. Bed super comfy. Bathroom very nice I give it 4, would have been 5 if in main bldg and the parking not plowed (no biggie) and the heater and fridge slightly noisy

Room was clean and the bed comfortable. Maybe a little warm in the room, but other than that very comfortable. Be prepared to arrange your own breakfast but they do have a toaster and coffee/tea which was convenient for the basics. Would book there again if skiing Sugarbush/Mad River.

This hotel was basic but unremarkable. I can't really rate a hotel that doesn't offer soap above three stars.

Contactless check-in. Room was roomy and clean. Some problems with electricity, handled quickly by moving to another room that was just as nice. Owner contacted us personally to ensure everything was adequate.

We get together with our high school friends once, maybe twice a year., since 1979. A city couple and a country couple. Your Lodge was perfect, we had our own rooms, a gas fireplace living room aith a leather couch, another room was well-lighted, free coffee and tea, snacks available. It's an open floor plaln with game tables, puzzles, backgammon, cards, etc. VERY COMFORTABLE. We relaxed in the AM with 'Warren Store Breakfast Bagel Sandwich (don't miss out) - it's a nice slow start. The we went for Afternoon Rides with either Lunch or Dinner. Then back to the Lodge to Relax. The Staff was 'the best'. fun to talk to and loving their jobs. --- 'Don't Miss Out' - GO!

The room wasn't very practical use of space. No desk area, no bedside table on one side and the bathroom had very limited place to put your stuff. On the upside the bed was nice and the staff were friendly. Ok for 1 night but would struggle if staying longer.

My room was down in a 'basement' type area. Very inconvenient for luggage as there was no convenient way to enter the area. I ended up leaving luggage in the car extracting just enough for the next day. The bathroom was efficient but tiny.

The property is relatively quiet and secluded, which is nice. The room was a real letdown for the $218 price tag. Very creaky bed, tiny bathroom sink with only luke warm water, cramped shower, no in-room coffee maker, no breakfast offerings of any kind, and no apparent way to raise or lower the heat in the room. We woke up at 3am with our sheets soaked in sweat, so we slept the last two hours on top of the bedspread since at least it was still dry. To be clear, there is a small window air conditioner, but no heater control. We set the AC on 70, but the heater in the room easily overpowered the tiny AC unit and left the room uncomfortably hot. Overall, the quality of the room is akin to a $75 roadside motel, not what you’d expect for a room that cost triple that amount. I’ve never left a 2-star review anywhere, but I feel like travelers need to know this experience was uncomfortable and grossly overpriced. You’re paying Marriott prices and getting a Rusty’s Roadside Motel & Tire Change Center experience.
