ADDITIONAL INFORMATION- This 2-story home requires 5 steps for entry and interior steps to access the 2nd-floor bedrooms- Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is recommended/necessary in the winter months to access the property- The upper driveway becomes muddy due to snowmelt in the spring and is closed to vehicles. Parking is still available, but guests will need to walk about 25 yards to the home's entrance- Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera on the back door facing outward toward the side of the house. It does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video when motion is detected- Camping is not allowed at the property
