The property was clean, very good shower/bathroom facilities. Very comfortable mattress/plenty of deep pillows.clean sheets. Ideal room! Breakfast buffet was filling and lovely. Very friendly helpful staff. It is an express so certain things are omitted which i do understand. Such as complimentary slippers and soft closing toilet seat/lid. Other than that i am very happy!!

Really nice, spacious room, the bathroom was very nice and exceptionally clean. It was excellent value for money and centrally located to Wakefield. The check in staff were very helpful, but there was no one around to check out the following morning. After waiting in reception for 20 minutes (along with 4 other people), I had to just leave my keycard on the reception desk and go as I had to rush off and couldn’t wait any longer. All in all though, a great value hotel and I would definitely book to stay there again if I was to need accommodation in Wakefield.

Ideal for concert.

We booked this hotel as we were going to a concert in town. The hotel was perfectly placed and getting around the centre was very easy. The rooms were tidy and the bathrooms were very (and deceptively) spacious. The only issues were a lack of parking outside the hotel and choice at breakfast for my wife who is vegetarian but also no bacon etc.

Good if your room is just a base

Room good. If 3 people in a room please put in 3 cups!! More tables needed for breakfast. Not great sitting on couch if used to table. Food great. Didn't miss the bacon! Maybe staff could use multi storey carpark. Not great messing around if you have a few bags. Would stay again. Honest review but these few things would give it full stars

Room mix up

We ordered 5 rooms with a double bed and a sofa bed in them. When we got there we found that there had been a mix up and there was 2 rooms with only double beds in. The staff were great in trying to sort the problem out but as there were no sofa beds left this proved impossible. Breakfast as passable with only scrambled egg, sausage and beans available for the cooked breakfast option. Room was clean. Comfortable bed
