No elevator, access to the property from parking was horrible. Only one inconvenient door worked for using a luggage cart. Breakfast was limited and laughable. Our key cards were disabled despite our reservation of 2 days.

The staff was amazing, they even put our freezer packs in their freezer overnight! Rooms were clean, a bit outdated, but super clean. Price was right, location was perfect. Badlands park was 9 minutes away, Mount Rushmore was under 2 hours away. We would definitely stay there again.

Room and bathroom clean. Mattress and pillows firm which is preferred. Pleasantly surprised with breakfast - had lots of fresh fruit and hard boiled eggs. I added a cup of the oatmeal and had a good breakfast for hiking later on. Wish the sink was in actual bathroom with shower and toilet. Shower floor a little slippery, was very careful stepping in and out. Appreciated all the outlets and plugs by bed for electronics. I feel this was the nicest hotel the town of Wall has to offer.

Outstanding

We stayed for one night, passing through to Mount Rushmore. The person at the front desk was very good! He recommended restaurants and suggested when to use one of the 2 pools. The hotel was very full so offered us coupons for free breakfasts at a local restaurant, along with free drinks at another restaurant for dinner. We liked him so much that we had to stop by after dinner to thank him for the recommendation.
