Property is newer and in a good location. Lots of outlets and USB ports for charging devices. Breakfast options were very good, hot and tasty. Coffee was excellent. Ice water with citrus fruit in the lobby was refreshing.

Most staff was nice but Dylan at front desk needs to be more personable - we said hello several times as we walked by front desk with no response or even lifting his head - need more grass areas around hotel for pets

I enjoyed the fast, quick check in. Front desk was very helpful and resourceful. The bathroom did have stains in the shower that could’ve been easily cleaned off. The door of the bathroom was dirty as well. There was random hair on the door and stains.

Super hot outside, but great hotel

Walla Walla was a cute town. Super hot during our stay. Breakfast was excellent and filling. Glad hotel was near Fort Walla Walla for a quick morning walk.

Walla walla with no hot water!!!

Hotel has plumbing issues. No hot water for showers and toilet that runs and won’t flush. A refund is an appropriate response.
