This sunny property has been renovated beautifully: open plan living/kitchen, timber floors throughout, modern bathroom, reverse cycle air-conditioner and a great outdoor entertaining deck. Direct access to the lake will provide you with the perfect location to fish, stand up paddle, kayak or just enjoy the relaxing aspect. Located in leafy Fairhaven you are away from hustle and bustle but only 5 minutes drive to the heart of Bermagui.

Enjoy a peaceful holiday overlooking Wallaga Lake - with your furry friend if you wish.

Linen - Guests will need to supply your own linen - Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.
Linen hire is available by prior arrangement.

Pets are welcome outside only. The property is fully fenced to 1.5m high, although the gate has a gap of approx 15cm at bottom. Limit of One pet unless by prior written arrangement.
Please Note - The holiday occupancy may be cancelled immediately without refund, if there are noise complaints. Guests will be charged for any damage and extra cleaning caused by pet - eg where hair/waste has not been removed from the property. There is a possibility of the presence of wildlife during your stay, due to its location.
