Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.

Our beautiful home is located in one of the most serene and peaceful locations on the Bellarine Peninsula, yet only a 6 minute drive to the Ocean Grove shops, and an 8 minute drive to the famous Ocean Grove Surf beach.

You will be staying on a 7 acre property where the main company will be my horses in the adjacent paddocks. You will have peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of suburbia.

At the house enjoy the luxurious pool and the putting green.

The Space:
The house has 3 large QS bedrooms, 2 with ensuites. Each bedroom has a large built in wardrobe.

The kitchen, dining and lounge room is an open area, making this a huge space where guests can relax and entertain with plenty of room.

One of the bedrooms, along with the kitchen, dining area and lounge face the exterior entertaining area with pool and putting green in full view.

The adjacent paddocks where horses are kept can be viewed from the kitchen, dining and lounge areas also.

GUEST ACCESS:
You have full and exclusive access to all areas of the house, swimming pool, putting green and the outdoor entertainment area.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS:
The house location offers guests opportunities to visit the many local attractions, be they recreational, cafes, restaurants or kid friendly activities.

Beaches -
You are spoilt for choice of beach, ranging from the famous Ocean Grove Surf beach, Barwon Heads beach, Lonsdale beach, with Torquay beach an easy 20 minute drive away.

Food & Drink -
There's plenty of food and drink options around you. They range from cafes, breweries, a whiskery, wineries and restaurants.

Adventure & Entertainment -
ADVENTURE PARK GEELONG - located less than 5 minutes drive from the house, it is Victoria's biggest water theme park. The park offers many rides and attractions including water slides, water playgrounds, action rides along with family rides.

During the summer months the Adventure Park offers evening attractions also.

During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Ocean Grove Education Area. Enjoy features like laundry facilities. The vacation home offers a kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
