The girl at the front desk was a nice and friendly lady. The room was very dirty! Smelled very badly of smoke, cigarette burn on toilet seat, every wall was filthy, rip in curtain, carpet trim falling off the wall, one super hard bed, one super soft, pillows very small and extremely worn, beds dirty, pool closed for maintenance

Room was so dirty I wouldn't even let my dog sleep in it. Toilet had urine in it not flushed. No toilet paper, soap or shampoo. Asked for refund was told only manager could do that and wouldn't be back till Monday.

I read some reviews that new management and renovations were ongoing. It was just a stop over to final destination very convienient to the highway, however, I did not get a renovated room, their appeared to be many long time "residents" in the hotel, with small children. Not a quite respite tha was hoped for on a long drive.

Breakfast was very bad. Very old coffee that was cold. No fruit not even an apple . Room lights barely worked. No working smoke detector. Television needs to be trashed. No trash cans or towels. Room was worn out and floor filthy.

It was so filthy I wound up leaving within 2 minutes and just driving the rest of the way to Orlando. Stains all over bed and pillows, walls everywhere really. Cigarette butts on the floor. It was awful
