Never again!!!

Never again - they put us in a room that was under repair. Arrived late and did not want to go change rooms. The sink was not attached, room dirty and smelled bad. Plus WiFi did not work at all in this room

Stay away

Motel looked to be about 80% vacant but we were told only rooms available with a king sized bed were on the second floor. We got to the room only to find the door open and the room dirty. Back to the office for another room on the second floor. This one had been cleaned but the room next door had a door that had been badly damaged. We felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. We decided to not stay the night. The clerk said a swat team had broken the door a year ago. Still not repaired. Also a few people were hanging out at the main entrance smoking. Avoid this Baymont Inn.

My husband looked at the room before checking in and said it had a very weird smell. The parking lot and area around the hotel felt very unsafe. We ended up not staying and paid for a room for nothing.

Have stayed at this place multiple times before and it was great, this time it sucked. Holes in the wall in bathroom, outside smelled of marijuana, cops at location by room two nights in a row. Also big turn off is it’s under new management, no breakfast area, no coffee pot in room, inadequate supplies had to buy own toilet paper. And it has changed to allowing people to live in rooms on a monthly bases and parking lot had camper set up and grass was not cut. Definitely has went downhill and will be last time staying there.

I stayed at this property several years ago. I had no problems. I actually enjoyed my stay and was looking forward to it this time. However, the property is not the same. Its unkept and the listed offers are currently not available. My assigned room was not clean; someone's underwear was behind the bathroom door. I asked for another room. In this room, the paint was peeling off the wall; mold-like stains on the base boards; stained chair. The next day, I reported the room was not cleaned; trash not dumped; no clean towels; bedding not done. I call manager number and left a message, no call back. My last night, damp sheets was on the bed. I will never go back.

The worst place to stay. Never go there. I paid for a non-smoking room, but both the original room I was assigned and the room I requested and got were smelling like cigarettes and giving me headaches. Staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. The security is very unsafe. never go there with family.

Room looked ransacked upon entry desk entertainment pulled from wall with dirty socks and trash behind it, unswept floors. Plastic trash just out beside the bed. A bracket torn from the wall just sitting on nightstand. But was very cheap I guess.
