The staff was great and knew the answers to all questions. The breakfast was not as good as other locations. It was well attended to it was not at all healthy. No fruit, eggs had brown in them bagel wasn’t very good.

Disappointing

We had issues with the TV front desk tried to reset it but it didn’t help. Breakfast was terrible. No hot items or juice because something was not working properly. Our room could use some updating and could have been cleaner. Front desk staff are very nice and tried to help

I liked some of the staff, very nice people. I didn’t like the fact that WAS NO AVAILABLE DRINKING WATER. Something was was wrong with the water. Each bottle of water cost $2.00. Why should guest pay for your non working essentials??? TERRIBLE!! The free breakfast was okay. Most importantly, the hotel had 1 bathroom plunger... freaking hilarious...

Great stay, Lovely staff

My stay was very nice. The hotel is conveniently located right off I-77 but not so close that you hear the highway. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and even provided a hot chocolate bar because it was near Christmas during my stay. I will always choose to stay here when making this frequent trip.

We were just stopping through from Ohio to Clearwater Florida...very nice hotel. Our rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the variety for the hot breakfast before we got on the road the next morning. If you choose to stay here you will love it!
