If you love art, Mt Roy Terrace could well be the property for you for your next trip to Wanaka. This spacious property is certainly not your run-of-the-mill holiday home. Filled with a beautiful collection of artwork and quirky figurines, you won`t be short of something to look & and admire during your stay!
The 4 bedroom property has a large open plan living area with comfortable couches surrounding a log fireplace, a large dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with butler`s pantry. The bedrooms are all a good size, with 2 that can be split into twin rooms.
The living area opens up onto a huge garden with patio area, lots of grass for the kids to play and a great outdoor entertaining area with an open fire, BBQ and dining area - perfect for an alfresco dinner in the long, hot summer months.
The town centre is an easy 5 minute drive away, as is the lake for a swim in the warmer months.
