Welcome to this modern Northlake retreat in Wanaka, a bright, comfortable home designed for relaxed stays and easy living.With three bedrooms, multiple living areas, and excellent indoor–outdoor flow, it’s an ideal base for families, couples, or small groups looking to enjoy everything Wanaka has to offer.
Light-filled and thoughtfully laid out, the home offers generous space to unwind after a day on the lake, the slopes, or the trails, whether you’re here for adventure or simply to relax.
The space
This modern, sunny home is designed for comfort and convenience, sleeping up to 8 guests across three well-appointed bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: King bed with ensuite
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Two bunk beds (4 single beds)
There are two contemporary bathrooms, a main bathroom with both bath and shower, plus an ensuite off the master as well as a separate toilet. Both bathrooms feature underfloor heating and heated towel rails for year-round comfort.
The home offers three separate living areas, ideal for groups wanting space to spread out. A main lounge with a 75” smart TV and comfortable seating. A second lounge with its own smart TV, plus books, games, puzzles, and toys
A quiet sitting area by the fire, perfect for reading or a morning coffee
The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee pod machine and a large pantry with basic staples available for guest use. A separate laundry provides a washing machine, drying rack, and iron. Comfort is well covered with two heat pumps/air conditioners, a wood fire, and underfloor heating in both bathrooms.
Outside the covered deck features a large 8-seater outdoor dining table and enjoys the afternoon and evening sun — ideal for alfresco dining or unwinding at the end of the day. Small grassed areas provide a safe space for children to play.

Set in the peaceful Northlake neighbourhood, the home is just a five-minute drive from Wanaka town centre. Within easy walking distance you’ll find, Hello Ranger café/bar, Playgrounds and pump track, Tennis and basketball courts, On The Spot convenience store, Lakeside walking and cycling tracks, boat ramp, and lakeside sauna.
