Located in the new Northlake suburb, just 5km from Lake Wanaka town, this apartment boasts breathtaking, uninterrupted mountain views. The fully equipped kitchen features a large island bench, perfect for entertaining.

Step out onto the balcony to relax, dine, or enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine while soaking in the stunning scenery. Plus, there’s plenty of storage for bikes, skis, and snow gear—making it an excellent base for adventure in any season.

There is a thriving cafe/bar/restaurant `Hello Ranger` situated right next to the apartments. With a kids playground just steps away. Also a pump track and skate park across the road.
A convenience store is located in the complex below the apartment for any supplies you may need.

Please note the Apartment is on the second floor. There is no lift/elevator so bags must be carried up stairs to access Apartment.
