The kitchen – compact and modern! The recently renovated kitchen has everything you need including electric cooking, microwave, family sized fridge, dishwasher (YAY!!!) plus a DeLonghi coffee machine. The open dining area will provide you with all your basic needs and includes dining seating for 6.

LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
The lounge features a reverse cycle AC and plenty of comfortable lounge seating suitable for 6 people. There is a Smart TV, books and games are available for your use. WIFI available at the property.

HEATING & COOLING
There is a reverse cycle AC in the lounge, ceiling fans in two of the three bedrooms and a slow combustion woodfire. Firewood and supplies are provided from May through to September.

BATHROOM
The compact main bathroom is original 70’s and in great condition features a shower over the bath and vanity with a separate toilet.

OUTDOORS
A front and side undercover verandah area with gas BBQ completes this holiday property. Set in a large, fenced yard with established mature trees, this really is a wonderful place for families to kick back and relax.

LAUNDRY
There is a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron in the laundry for your convenience.

PARKING
Under cover carport parking is provided for 2 cars with room for more in the driveway. There is a lockable garage area where you can keep your bikes –complete with hose, 2 racks, a bike repair stand and a bike pump.
