Erster Urlaub im Ferienhaus

Der Urlaub hat uns Gut gefallen, die Raumaufteilung ist gelungen, die Möbel sind sehr gut nur die Küchenutensilien sind zusammengewürfelt als wenn sie vom Flohmarkt stammen und kleine Mängel bei der Sauberkeit. Gruß aus Seesen am Harz

Nettes Haus, nicht weit vom Meer

Das Haus liegt in einer eindeutigen Ferienhaussiedlung, wir hatten die Vermutung, dass dort kaum Einheimische wohnen. Das Haus ist soweit ok, alles sauber und wie beschrieben, lediglich die Gebrauchsgegenstände ließen etwas zu wünschen übrig. So sollte man sich auf jeden Fall eigene Geschirrhandtücher von zu Haus mitbringen. Wenn man mit Hund unterwegs ist wie wir, ist die Gegend ideal, wir haben viele nette Hundebesitzer getroffen (unser Hund hat folglich viele nette Hunde getroffen ;o) Der Hundestrand ist ca. 3 Kilometer entfernt aber gut erreichbar. Aber auch so gibt es viele schöne Wege zum laufen.

Vielleicht noch einmal aber da muss sich etwas tun

Ich bin seit 20 Jahren in Hooksiel ein Stammgast, aber das man einen sofort Geld ab nimmt ist mir bisher noch nie passiert ,ohne ein Rundgang im und am Haus zu machen. Der Verwalter hatte auch keine Zeit um ein ordentliches Gespräch zu führen. Wie gesagt kassiert und weg. Eine volle Mülltonne das geht überhaupt nicht. Ein Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank wäre sehr empfehlenswert. Auch sollte man mal das Inventar nach und nach auswechseln. Den am Herd funktionierten 2 Platten nicht .Für ein Wochenende ok,aber 14 Tage in dem Haus nein das geht nicht da gibt es bessere Häuser, auch wenn man bereit ist dafür mehr zu bezahlen.

Äußerlich machte das Haus einen guten Eindruck auf uns, vorallem der eingezäunte Garten war ein eindeutiger Pluspunkt, da wir mit Kind und Hund angereist sind. Innen bot sich jedoch ein unerfreuliches Bild: Im oberen Bad waren noch die Zahnpasta Reste unserer Vorgänger im Waschbecken, sämtliche Böden waren schmutzig und in den Ecken lag das ein oder andere Haarbüschel. Einige Gläser waren teilweise massiv verschmutzt... Mein persönliches Highlight war jedoch eine gelbe Pfütze, die sich in der oberen Toilette befand. Da nach Abreise der letzten Mieter offensichtlich keine Endreinigung durchgeführt wurde, handelte es sich höchstwahrscheinlich NICHT um Putzmittel-Rückstände. Des Weiteren waren sämtliche Möbel extrem abgenutzt, steinalt und teilweise beschädigt. Ich vergebe nur 2 Sterne, weil uns der Garten wirklich gefallen hat und Hooksiel an sich ein nettes kleines Urlaubsörtchen ist. Die Unterkunft ist ihr Geld leider definitiv nicht wert!

Ein gemütliches Fereinhaus für Familien mit Kindern gut geeignet.

Ein gemütlich eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, dass für Familien mit Kindern gut geeignet ist. Einziger Kritikpunkt wäre das Elternschlafzimmer dort wäre eine neue Einrichtung zu empfehlen. Wir würden dieses Haus immer wieder mieten.
