Leider ist in der ersten Nacht plötzlich das Bett am Kopfteil eingebrochen. Wir mussten dann im leerstehenden zweiten Zimmer improvisieren...aber am nächsten Morgen haben wir direkt Bescheid gegeben und das Bett wurde nicht einfach geflickt sondern jetzt vernünftig und fachmännisch repariert. Auf 10 er Dübel schläft sich halt auf Dauer nicht gut.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt. Man hat den Eindruck, dass der Eigentümer dort auch selber gerne weilt. Man achtet auf Kleinigkeiten die dem Erhalt dienen. Die Betten haben neue Matratzen entsprechend gut ist die Nachruhe. Da über der Wohnung kein weiterer Balkon ist, ist sie heller als ihre baugleichen in den Etagen darunter. Der Tisch auf dem Balkon ist für ein Frühstück zu Viert etwas klein. Dafür bleibt aber viel Platz die Fläche zum entspannen zu nutzen. Top, die bisher beste Wohnung (aller guten Dinge sind drei).
