We hope you enjoy the welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, locally sourced milk and biscuits. There is also good Wi-Fi for your use free of charge. Dogs will love it here; a maximum of two well behaved dogs are welcome and well provided for; you will find food and water bowls, a towel, and poo bags for your dog(s).

Layout:
The bedroom area is behind a sliding door from the living space, and an ottoman style king sized bed with wall mounted flat screen TV make the most of this space. You’ve still space for bedside tables and lamps for bedtime reading.

A bathroom with shower is accessed from the kitchen/living area. Fluffy white towels, pool towels, and Lulworth body wash, hand soap and shampoo are all provided for you.

The kitchen/dining area is carefully planned to provide a tastefully furnished and cosy space equipped with underfloor heating, and everything you need for a few nights away. There is an extendable dining table with two comfortable chairs, and a Bluetooth speaker for playing music through your device. The kitchen is very well equipped and features a dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave, and gas oven and grill with electric 4 burner hob.

The Stalls faces East, capturing the best of the early morning sunshine across the shared gravel courtyard. Ideal for sitting outside on your wooden garden furniture, with easy access through the Games Barn to the shared heated swimming pool (open April – September) and Games Barn. In the West Courtyard sits the laundry room, with a washing machine and tumble drier, clothes airer and iron and ironing board for your use. You will also find freezer space allocated to The Stalls here.

Allocated parking for one car is included in the West Courtyard parking area. Complimentary parking across the Lulworth Estate is included in your stay upon receipt of your car registration number, allowing you unlimited access to Durdle Door, Lulworth Cove and Lulworth Castle Park. For day trips further afield, there is a bus stop 200m from the Cottage with links to Poole, Weymouth and Swanage.

Within walking distance at the nearby Durdle Door Holiday Park, you will find many facilities which you are welcome to make use of, including a children’s Woodland Adventure Play Park, the wonderful Man O' War Bar & Restaurant, and the convenient Durdle Door Stores. Please note that these facilities are only available during the Holiday Park’s open season.

Please note:
The Stalls is situated close to the area of the Lulworth Ranges, where military training and live firing may occasionally be heard dependent on wind direction. Parking for an extra car is available at an additional charge per night.

Lulworth Castle, parklands and walks will be closed from Friday 17th July to Saturday 8th August 2026 inclusive for the incredible Camp Bestival, with the rest of the Estate open as usual.
