1.) Dogs are welcome at the property but must stay in the garage or outside with supervision. Sorry NO CATS.
If there is evidence of animals being in the house there will be assessed an additional cleaning fee of $150 + any additional expenses.
2.) Hot tub: 6 people max, children under 14 not permitted. 14+ accompanied by an adult 18+ at all times. $75 cleaning fee + expenses if left dirty
