Hi, thank you for staying with us and for your feedback, though I'm sorry you were disappointed with the visit. Looking at your reservation, you paid for our Classic Double Room. This is our cheapest room, but still has the same kitchenette, desk, TV, wardrobe and ensuite bathroom as every other room in the property. The difference is the bed size, furnishings and floor space, when compared with the Superior and Deluxe rooms. I've reviewed our website and all those details are correct, every room has a slightly different shape and aspect, with the photos an example of several of the rooms in that classification. As we were nearly full, there was the option to upgrade or out book to another property, both of which you declined. On the basis of the nature of your complaint, you were offered the Deluxe Suite, where the upgrade price was 40 reduced to 25. I'd assume the 19 was to move to the Superior, which you'd said wasn't ideal for you. I'm sorry that we were unable to resolve your issues for you, and hope on your next visit to Warrington you find more suitable accommodation that meets your budget and needs - kind regards Zach
