At the same time, the neighborhood is very peaceful thanks to the proximity of green areas and location away from the hustle and bustle of the city center - it is an ideal choice for people seeking peace and privacy in the city. On the estate there is (extra paid) fitness club, and SPA center offering flotation therapy. There are many restaurants within a 1 km radius, the closest one being in a neighboring residential complex. Opposite the apartment there is a supermarket, which is convenient for all daily needs.
