I travel for a living and I’m on the road 26 weeks a year. I’m only review if a place is very good or very bad. I stayed at this best western because they’re pretty reliable. I don’t know how this place is either a Vīb Best Western or how it is listed on Hotels.com. There were cockroaches in the bathroom and it’s January! This morning I went to take a shower and there wasn’t enough water pressure to make the shower work. I usually get hotels so I can sleep about six hours a night so I sleep in some pretty crappy places, and the only criteria that I really look for are no bugs and a shower that works. Ironically, displace failed in both aspects. I wouldn’t stay here again if it was the last place on her.

The front desk lady was clearly under the influence of hard drugs based on her attitude and the white powder around and in her nose. She was rude to every guest. Attempted to charge me double for a room that was supposed to be already paid for. then when i attempted to show a receipt where i already paid the front desk lady yelled at me saying she wasnt a ******* liar and that she cancelled my reservation and to go somewhere else. I will NEVER in my life ever return to that hotel!!!

We booked a room with a sofa sleeper for our granddaughter to sleep on. We had to call the front desk then go down to the front desk to get sheets and blankets for the bed. We used the pool which was quite cool but bearable once you got used to it. It’s small but nice for a family to enjoy. Breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, sausage links, potato pieces, waffles (you make), bagels, muffins, toast, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal (packets) and fruit. I really liked that they had a personalized coffee dispenser with multiple options from plain coffee to lattes to cappuccinos and more. It even had decaf options for all of those which was great since I can’t have caffeine. There was also juice and milk available.
