Communication was the worst. Trying to contact them was impossible other than by email and then if they responded it was days later. Got convoluted instructions on where to get keys and never found them. Tried to contact Expedia to help and the servers were down again. Ended up NOT staying there and had to pay out of pocket for another apartment. Will be demanding a refund for the full amount from Expedia.

Zadzwoń i upewnij się jaki apartament rezerwujesz

Udostępniony apartament, nie był tym, który rezerwowałam (dużo niższy standard). Po interwencji, zaproponowano przeniesienie się do innego (w zupełnie innym budynku i z innym garażem), który spełniał nasze oczekiwania. Niestety nikt nie przyszedł odebrać kluczy z pierwszego apartamentu, kazano nam „latać samemu” pomiędzy garażem a skrzynką na klucze. Ostatecznie jesteśmy zadowoleni z drugiego apartamentu i gdybyśmy trafili tam od razu, opinia byłaby w samych superlatywach.

Moderne et spacieux

Appartement moderne, spacieux et bien situé. Procédure de check-in par mail bien expliquée. Quelqu'un était garé sur l'emplacement qui nous était destiné dans le garage le premier jour. Assez énervant quand on doit sortir les bagages de la voiture, mais bon, ce n'était pas la faute du loueur. Procédure de check-in par mail, donc vérifiez votre mail !

Poor Check in procedures

After booking the room, I received an e-mail containing lengthy instructions about how to check in (I am travelling in a foreign country and do not have access to e-mail or cell phone service). The access codes provided in the instructions to get into the complex and into the building were incorrect leaving me to wait in the cold night until somebody else managed to come along. Heavy Construction in the room next door prevented me from getting the sleep I needed before my next flight.

Apartment is located in a nice and beautiful residential area in Warsaw. It’s newly built and inside the apartment is very clean and relaxing. With my overall experience I would highly recommend it for 4 to 6 people group.
