A bit further away lies the picturesque Żerański Canal, where water sports can be practiced, and on the opposite side of the Vistula, the Bielański Forest and Kampinos National Park invite active individuals for hiking and walks. The neighborhood surrounding the apartment is still rapidly developing, with new commercial and service establishments being established. An advantage of the apartment's location is its proximity to Galeria pod Dębami. Within just 100 meters, there are Żabka and Stokrotka stores, providing easy access to everyday shopping. Additionally, the tram stop is only 300 meters away, allowing for comfortable and quick connections to other parts of the city. This way, guests can easily and quickly reach all the attractions offered by the capital!

Comfort City Modern Studio features a modern living room with a sofa bed and kitchenette, a bathroom, and a spacious balcony where guests can relax and enjoy their morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
