You also have a bathroom with a shower and an additional separate toilet. From the living room you will exit to a balcony with garden furniture.

The apartment is located in a quiet, green part of Ursynów. Only 280 m separates you from the John Paul II Park, where you will find a brine graduation tower and playgrounds for children. This is a great place for a morning jog or an afternoon stroll. Numerous service and dining outlets are also available in the area. Good public transportation, including proximity to the subway, allows you to quickly reach the center of Warsaw.
