The surrounding area is well developed, so that everyday needs can be easily met. There are numerous stores and supermarkets nearby, as well as interesting restaurants. The location is also a very good transportation point from which you can easily reach other districts of the capital, thanks to the proximity of streetcar and bus stops. Within 10-15 minutes walking distance there are two railway stations - "Rakowiec" and "Żwirki i Wigury". The car ride to the city center takes 15 minutes, and to the airport - less than 10 minutes.
