Nice apartment, Terrible & unreliable Host

Central location, overall nice apartment, BUT super unreliable host: shower drainage was completely blocked and i learned it at midnight! when I went to shower. As it was too late to get helped I tried to unblock it - removed hair from drainage (as in the picture) but it was still blocked. It took me an hour to make it in a way that water run down very slowly. As I was staying there for a week I wrote an email to the property already at night it happened - they told me someone will come in 2 days... I did not want to wait so I bought a special liquid in the shop and did it myself - worked. I was staying for a week and got only 1 roll of toilet paper and 2 towels (bigger and smaller) of poor quality, no tower for the floor. I asked few times to deliver more towels but it never happened (for a week!). I also did not get the key to the apartment (only the card to downstairs doors) so every time i needed to open the apartment door with a code. But this device showed low battery so I was afraid not to be able to enter the place at night. Informed the ower - NO reaction again.... Moreover, after I moved out they called me (finally some action from them!) to ask me where I left the apartment keys - the keys I never got!!! Ridiculous!!!! The host is unreliable, kinda a joke.
