This place is in very good location. It is modern apartment. The only thing could have be better was explanation how to get to the right elevator as the entrance is through other hotel. But once you in is ok. Contact with Wola is very good. They respond very quickly to any queries or questions.

In overall reaaly nice place, fully equipped and localisation is great. There is one tiny minus which you can notice only during the cold weather: bathroom is really cold but if yoy put hot water on for few minutes is fine. I can highly recommend this place. Thank you.

We had the 2 bedroom apartment and it was amazing! Clean, spacious, comfortable beds. Laundry and luggage storage also. HIGHLY recommend this accommodation.

房間很好，空間寬敞，連吹風機都有幾種不同配件，亦有兩個煮食爐和適當的廚房工具、洗碗機等等。本來我以為遇到華沙的寶藏酒店，但最重要的是，房間是中央空調，不能關掉、不能調較。 二月入住外面是零下五六度，但我在房間熱得流了一身汗。一個小時內沖了兩次澡，熱得完全睡不著。 熱都算了，重點是暖氣太乾燥，我流了很多次鼻血，數不清的次數。跟客服人員溝通他讓我開點窗戶，說這樣中央暖氣就會關掉，但結果當然沒用，因為窗戶外面有另一個窗戶包圍，即使我開了房間的窗伸手出去也感受不到風。 第二天我仍然不斷流鼻血和流汗，跟客服尋求解決辦法，獲回覆指空調不能關掉，但儲物室有一把風扇，讓我自己去取，我找了好幾遍都沒找到，可能已經被其他房客拿走。 結論，房間各樣都很滿意，但暖氣不能調較和關掉真的令人很沮喪。 而且，房間清潔人員早上十點就來了，她敲門一秒後就直接開門進來了，我剛好在換衣服，完全來不及反應。房務人員需多加培訓。
