This hotel is in an excellent location within a 5-minute walk of several bus and tram lines. Less than 10 minute walk from the train station. The hotel has a closet right by the reception desk where you can store luggage before or after check in or check out. There is a restaurant on site but we did not try it. The hotel room had very bright lighting, which was a nice change from most hotels. Would definitely stay here again.

My room was over looking the City, the windows aren’t sound proof therefore I did not have a good night sleep. Air conditioning wasn’t working. The room was hot and stuffy ,otherwise ok.

Great hotel.

Great location, 5 mins walk from the central station, easy to find, very nice and friendly staff. Clean and you have everything what you need in your room like small kettle, variety of teas and coffee. I would stay in this hotel again.

Super fast and friendly check in. Our only complaint was a very strong sewage smell in the bathroom, even with the fan on and drains covered with towels. Earplugs were provided if the street noise bothered you. Location is perfect for those traveling by train.

I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was clean and quiet and the location is great. I have taken about 20 international trips in recent years and it's always a struggle to find the hotel once I arrive keeping in mind that it's not easy to ask people on the street for help since many do not speak English. But I have to say that the Hotel Metropol was the easiest hotel ever to find! The hotel isn't lying when they say on their site that it's "directly across from the Centrum Metro station". I found it in seconds and was glad to see how easy it was. The breakfast was good as well. There is an area I'd like to see an improvement in: the pillows were not comfortable at all. There was so support in the slightest...it was like putting your head on a cotton ball so your head is basically lying on the bed...really the pillow served zero purpose. Some hotel chain should make a marketing gimmick where they say, "Our beds have a wide variety of pillow types so you get to choose which one you prefer!" It's a million dollar idea, isn't it? But unfortunately both of the Metropol pillows where the cotton ball types so I had no choice but to use this awful option which meant my head had no support and thus I didn't sleep as well as I would have liked. But again, I did enjoy my stay here and would stay here again when next in Warsaw.

Nice hotel! It is located a two-block walk from the Central Train station, an easy train ride from the international airport! I found a comfortable bed....and a great breakfast in the morning!
