Excellent location right in the centre of Warsaw, close to tram and metro intersection. A fairly large imposing hotel. Nice staff, clean rooms and bathrooms. Excellent restaurant serving a good breakfast - wide choice of hot and cold food. Thoroughly recommend this hotel. Good price too!

We have stayed at Metropol six or seven times now and we always come back as this hotel offers great value based on location, price and very friendly and pleasant staff. We would definitely recommend this hotel when traveling to Warsaw.

There was a pool? The soup was delicious for breakfast but more hot food choices would have been nicer. Comfortable room, but noisy location. Easy to get everywhere from the hotel. Staff were excellent.
