The Space:

The comfortable and functionally furnished flat can accommodate 4 people. The 37 m² area is divided into a living room, an independent kitchen, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. The living room also has access to a cosy balcony equipped with a table and chairs, which offers a fantastic view of the nearby skyscrapers. The bedroom has a desk that can be used as a remote workspace. Full kitchen and bathroom facilities (such as a washing machine, microwave and ironing equipment) make the flat self-sufficient, while multimedia (a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access) provide entertainment. A great asset of the flat is the air conditioning, taking care of the right temperature in the rooms.
