Park Promenada Comfort Studio is a cozy apartment located in a peaceful neighborhood near the Royal Łazienki Park and several other notable attractions, such as the Fryderyk Chopin Monument and the Łazienki Museum. One of the most iconic events held here is the summer Chopin Concert Series, taking place annually from May to September and attracting both locals and visitors from around the world.

Just a short distance from the apartment are the Czerniakowski Canal and the Vistula River.
