The bed had dirty linens that had clearly not been changed since the previous tenants and had apparently not been changed in a very long time. There were stains, makeup, other people's hair, etc. on the linens. Dust on the shelves, and poorly washed dishes. Also, the instructions for accessing the entrance were very poor, and the managers were unavailable at night, making it impossible to get help. It took us 40 minutes to open the entrance, as the instructions didn't indicate where to apply the magnetic key.

Very nice apartment.

Very nice and comfortable. Apartment large and spacious. Well equipped with the kitchen amenities. Everything needed I.e shopping, restaurants, public transit etc are easily accessible. Walking is easy and the area is flat. I would stay there again. There is some Street noise as it's on a busy street and near what appears to be a health facility. But that's to be expected in a busy city center. Check-In was easy. However, it would be helpful if the check-in video included images of where the key boxes are (they're approx 15 metres away fastened to the metal gates along the wall to the right of the door).

Apartment was 5 star. Booking Host were 1 star.

Could not fault the apartment but Booking Host were next to useless. It took 2 hours to get into the apartment because the video showing the key box location was wrong. Despite photos and repeat phone calls and on 10 minutes hold every time they just kept saying the cleaner said.... Eventually the cleaner actually said its 50Mtr away from where it should be. I then found it.mixed in with some other key boxes.
