Wonderful and beautiful brand new hotel, just 10-15min items walking to the main attractions in a very safe and quiet location. Rooms are small but very cozy and comfy with all the amenities that you may need. Staff is very nice. breakfast is expensive but exquisite. I would totally recommend this hotel!

We always loved Puro hotels for their attention to details and design. This particular hotel didn’t appeal to us aesthetically, though. The design is too minimalistic and lacks colours. The wifi was very poor as well. Also no FREE coffee option in the lobby. It felt also a bit like a let down that we don’t get any benefits for using Puro hotels regularly. Maybe it’s time to change the brand.

I had an excellent stay at the PURO Hotel in Warsaw. This lovely, Nordic-style hotel was exactly what I needed - clean, fashionable, and incredibly comfortable. The design is modern yet cozy, with thoughtful touches throughout that make the atmosphere feel both stylish and inviting. The location is fantastic, very close to the center of the Old Town and a short walk (20mins) from to the Palace of Culture and Science, as well as many other central businesses and attractions. It made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable - I slept like a dream. I also loved starting my mornings with delicious coffee and croissants from the hotel’s restaurant cafeteria. All in all, everything about my stay was great. I would definitely come back and highly recommend PURO Hotel to anyone visiting Warsaw.
