The living room has access to a private balcony equipped with garden furniture. The balcony faces the estate's inner courtyard, giving a sense of peace and quiet. The comfortable corner sofa is the perfect place to relax and is also designed to sleep 1 person. There is also a single fold-out armchair in the living room. Additionally, the décor and furnishings of the apartment are cosy and created with functionality in mind.
