Just steps from the cottage, you’ll find your private pier and swim area — perfect for swimming, fishing, boating, or simply relaxing by the lake. Two kayaks are included for guests to explore the shoreline and enjoy the water at their own pace. A paddle boat is also available upon request, offering another fun way to experience the lake with family and friends.

Explore Big Chapman Lake by kayak or boat and visit the nearby sandbar, located approximately 200 yards away, where boaters often anchor to swim, relax, and enjoy the classic lake experience.
