In the immediate vicinity of the flat guests can visit many interesting sights and attractions, including the brilliant Palace of Culture and Science, the Warsaw Uprising Museum, Krasiński Garden, and the recently restored Norblin Factory with its open-air museum, restaurants and cinema. In the vicinity of the flat there are a variety of cafes, museums, restaurants, shops and entertainment venues. Numerous public transport stops and a metro station (Ratusz Arsenal) are an additional advantage. Just 400m from the flat there is a tram line and 800m there is a swimming pool.
