Yes on the shuttle. I ordered a cup of clam chowder in the restaurant. It was terrible. It was tepid and had no potatoes in it. I ate it because I thought that was how it was supposed to be. The waitress came to take a dessert order and asked how it was. I said it was ok but there were no potatoes in it. She Took it back to the kitchen. Then told me it should have had the, in it. She would take it off the bill. Her boss would not let her because I had eaten it. I particularly chose this hotel because of a restaurant on site. This just does not work for me

This hotel is great for business. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. I've stayed in this location three times and the most common issue is that the bar and restaurant is under staffed. The restaurant has opened late in the morning as well as the bar. Almost every morning, I've had to hunt down the waiter for breakfast. The food was good though!

Room was clean. Bathroom was incredibly tight. Beautifully redone room and bathroom but the bathroom was very small. Staff was excellent. Parking on Saturday night was incredibly difficult but other than that, it was perfect for the price.

The staff was not friendly. The parking assigned is not clear at all. My vehicle would have got booted if i had not parked in the correct area. The hotel never mentioned until I asked the reception. The receptionist was not able to clearly specify the area. The lighting in the room was terrible.
