Very friendly staff, Natasha in reception was more than happy to help us out with a request to change to a ground floor room. Food in the hotel area was excellent and well priced. Bar staff were also friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and definitely would recommend this place for those need a stopover in Warwick.

Have stayed there a few times now all at different times of year. Staff, food and accommodation are all great. The bad thing about this place is the noise from the alfresco dining if you’re after a early night and at the weekends , when we’re normally there, is the aftermath of the music and too many cocktails 😆 other than that we recommend ✅

Good location, comfy bed. Room was a bit dusty. Room 6 was a bit noisy as it was opposite an outdoor dining and drinking area. Overall the room was good value for the money.

I stayed at the H and J for a long w/end and found everything excellent. The room was comfy and very clean. Food from hotel was wonderful. I would happily come there again to stay. Very handy to supermarket if u were wanting a few extra things.

Comfy bed, clean. Our room was close to the outdoor area of the pub. A couple of noisy patrons made it uncomfortable. This hotel not for me unfotunately.
